Why? Usually students learn German in "closed" learning environments. They only use the language with me or some German neighbours. With E-Twinning we expand the learning environment to a wider one (country, city, region... wide!). I find the idea of sharing with other students and teachers and create a fabulous experience, something that it can be really magical - German language goes out of the classroom! We are not alone in whatever subject we are teaching and we can enjoy input from others teachers and students for the same end result. This one can be an E-Book a video project on anything mostly.
I believe we only need a great idea, however it does not have to be complex, but feasable.
