Epossumondas is a "sweet little patootie" who gets into a lot of trouble because he takes everything literally. Pro tip: Use an exaggerated southern accent and other different voices for the characters and your kids will want to hear this over, and over....and over.

Little Baby helps his mom with each step until bedtime. After a bit of mom-magic that parents will recognize, Little Baby wakes to the smell of fresh bread and butter! I love how the story demonstrates including a child in a "chore" as fun, and you can just hear the mom chatting with Little Baby throughout. The illustrations are beautiful, and it's fun to find the kittens on every page.
