Anne Bradstreet is famous because she is actually the first notable American poet, man or woman.
2. Anne’s early life was very easy, and comfortable. She lived on an estate and her dad managed the earl of Lincoln. She had a privileged upbringing, but that changed as she got older.
3. Like was especially difficult for her in the new world because her life was so privileged before she wasn’t used to it. She has harsh living conditions, but her religious beliefs helped her get through this.
