Racial segregation is when the government separate people in two groups based on their ethnically or race. It applies to activities such as visiting a restaurant or riding the bus.

Civil Rights:
The rights of citizens to political and social freedom and equality.

A basic politcal right is the right to vote. You also have the right to be free and not being harassed based on ethical or race.
Everyone is also born equal which means that everyone is born with the same rights.
