         <title>How to do a Burpee</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.</li><li>Push your hips back, bend your knees, and lower your body into a squat.</li><li>Place your hands on the floor directly in front of, and just inside, your feet. Shift your weight onto your hands.</li><li>Jump your feet back to softly land on the balls of your feet in a plank position. Your body should form a straight line from your head to heels. Be careful not to let your back sag or your butt stick up in the air, as both can keep you from effectively working your core.</li><li>Lower into a push-up or lower body all the way onto the floor, keeping core engaged. Push-up to lift body off the floor and return to plank position.</li><li>Jump your feet back so that they land just outside of your hands.</li><li>Reach your arms over head and jump up into the air.</li><li>Land and immediately lower back into a squat for your next rep.</li></ol>]]></description>

Start by moving one foot up and one foot down<br>b. Alternate quickly, keeping your knees slightly bent<br>4. Reach your right hand ahead, palm facing down, and in line with your shoulder<br>5. Pull your right hand down and back (adjacent to your body), pointing your fingers<br>diagonally toward the bottom of the pool, and point your elbow upward<br>6. As your right hand passes your thigh, rotate your hip and shoulder upward<br>7. Bring your hand up and across the water<br>8. Use your right hand to enter the water and repeat with your left hand<br>9. Repeat<br>10. Breath every two or three strokes as your hand exits the water</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sit on the floor with your legs out to the side as far as they can go. Sitting straight up, lift your hands above your head straight up. Lean over your right leg, stretching your left arm over you and your right arm doing the opposite by your torso. Sitting straight up again, do the same on the left side. Instead of leaning your left arm over, lean your right arm over you and your left arm down next to your torso. Repeat this several times to get the best results from the stretch.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Pull Ups<br><br></div><ol><li>Standing directly below a pull-up bar. Place your hands in an overhand grip&nbsp; with your hands slightly further than shoulder-width apart. If you can’t reach the bar from standing on the floor, you can place a box beneath you and stand on that instead.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Lift your feet up from the floor or box so that you’re hanging from the bar, and engage your core by pulling your belly button in toward your spine. Pull your shoulders back and down.</li><li>Bend your elbows and raise your upper body up toward the bar until your chin is over the bar. Avoid swinging your legs around or shrugging your shoulders up. You want to make sure your shoulder blades remain back and down throughout the exercise.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>
