Staff: Each has their own stations to man, aiding the flow. One will take orders, one will be on drinks and one will be putting all the items together. Self service machines were most popular, with limited physical interactions between staff and customers.

International: I have visited a Mcdonalds in Paris. Unless you spoke french, they made you use the self service machines. The ques are usualy long so there is 4 self service machines that people use a lot to order and then pick up the order at the till. There are tab like games on a long table on each side to entertain young children.
Staff: There is a lot of staff in this brach and all wear normal uniforms and name tags just like in most Mc Donald branches. There is mostly young age staff at the tills. You can tell which ones are new by the fact that are a bit slower in taking orders. 
Food: I find that Mc Donalds food in general hasn't got a large variety to chose from but people have been eating some of it for years and are ok with what they usual have. 
Mc Donalds in Cyprus: This is one of the fastfoods best that I have seen. The location is close to a port by the sea and the venue is 2 floor, with large LCD screans with sports or entertainment playing.
