         <title>Rubidium due to the fact that on top of it being a very reactive element in general (Alkali Metal), it also has a very low Ionization energy, which means it is readily avaliable to lose it&#39;s electron which means it will react very easily, especially to something with a high (more negative) affinity.</title>
