Seriously, ask me anything about our program!
Hey, my name is Dr. Brian Baldwin, and I am the dean of the KCU School of Bible and Ministry. I'm really glad you're interested in our program, and I'd love to answer any questions you might have.

Let me give you a couple of highlights we think are really cool and distinctive about our program:
1. Practical Theology - we take the Bible very seriously, and we take studying the bible very seriously. That means we have our students learn some serious Bible study skills. That's the Theology part. We also know that serious study of Scripture doesn't do anything unless it translates into real-world practice. Thus, Practical Theology.

2. We value experience. All of our students take practicums that focus on practicing stuff you actually do. We have courses where you'll teach and preach, and we have a 6-8 month internship you have to complete. We want our graduates to have actually done a lot of ministry.

3. We invest pastorally. The successful B&M graduate has completed Pastoral Development, a program where your faculty come alongside you and help you grow in ways that classes just can't cover: your spiritual disciplines, your investment in local church, your personal boundaries and struggles. Pastoral development helps make sure the courses we offer aren't just "classwork", and you're not sent into the field just having learned stuff. We're helping you live it.
