My name is Jessica Costello. I am a Psychology Student at CSUDH and a prospect Applied Behavior Analysis graduate student. My expectations from both the instructor and classmates include communication, as communication is key to success! being included and valued as a student means receiving both positive feedback along with negative feedback to be capable of developing wanted attributes. My extracurricular activities include spending time with my chihuahua mix puppy, Juliet along with working as a Behavior Technician. Since adopting Juliet, I have discovered how healthy it can be to have an emotional support companion! The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development states, “Emotional support animals by their very nature, and without training, may relieve depression and anxiety, and/or help reduce stress-induced pain in persons with certain medical conditions affected by stress.” I look forward to working by everyone’s side!
