I'm from south China, born in one of the three big cities in China, which is called GuangZhou.  A style of Chinese cuisine called "Dim Sum" is from our city.  My name is Muhua Wu, but in China, people call me Wu Muhua. The order has an important meaning for my name. "Wu(吴)" is my father's last name, which is my family. The word “Mu(慕)” means adore and “Hua(华)” is my mom's first name. Interesting experiences related to my name? I do have one. Because in Guangzhou we often speak Cantonese, and the pronunciation of my name in Cantonese is similar to the word "don't". So I can hear my name often. When I come to my friend, they would say don't for fun. My name is uncommon. It's easy to pronoun but it is hard to wirte the second word. I remember I cried for writing my name on lot textbook at first grade.
