Worksafe BC and the BC coroner service have taken over the investigation. Death. Operating large machinery on unstable ground.

With more spacial awareness. If the victim had paid attention to his surroundings he may have lived another day.

Do the task at hand as efficient and fast as possible while maintaining a safe work environment.

5. What are the responsibilities of the employer.
