It has wrinkles and it looks like it may be cracking at the bottom

It has cracked more at the bottom. The crack is starting to go up the bottom left side now.

You can see a little green where it is cracked at the bottom on one. On the other one, the radical is starting to grow.

The seeds are almost fully cracked around the entire thing. The radical grew, and it looks like the other seed is about to have a radical also.

There is mold on the outside of the seed coat.
