A song should link perfectly together in the best way possible. This does not mean that all songs should sound the same, a song should be unique, and free of any boundaries that may prevent it from being great. When an artist is creating a song, he or she should try to piece together every aspect of a song in a unique and complicated matter. These different aspects should link together and be exclusive to one another in that song. Drake is a hip hop artist who's music consist of rap and a nice beat. In his song Hotline Bling, Drake goes out of Hip Hops boundaries and makes a joyful "dancing" song. The tempo, the beat, and the lyrics were very different than normal but they seamlessly worked perfectly together.
