I appreciate the personalization of it. I put these questions in my pre-work, but some follow up questions I have are: 
  • When is the letter sent out? 
  • Does a counselor follow up with the family after they receive it? What are the “next steps” to ensure families receive and use this tool? 
  • Are electronic copies sent to families, too? 
  • Whose responsibility is this to disseminate to students? 
  • What are students’ responses to this information normally? 
  • Are teachers aware of when these are sent out so they can discuss with students, too?
