      <description>This is an intriguing and inspirational reading. The author exceptionally teaches Mindfulness within the context of ethics as he values the mind and body, which l likened to a “perfect marriage”. His simplicity in teaching mindfulness comes with a high vibe or energy that facilitates a mindful recovery, relationship, services and ethical upkeep. 
At my work place, an outpatient setting in a group living environment (GLE), we practice mindfulness as part of our support system to the client and staff as well during daily activities and weekly/monthly meetings. In fact, mindfulness an integral part of mindful working and engaging with the clients in the GLEs. We do share mindfulness with the GLE systems and it’s proved to be a therapeutic intervention to the various behavioral health challenges such as anger, anxiety, emotions, depression and paranoia by fostering moments of happiness and relieving stress, burnout, fatigue etc., experienced by clients/staff. The author opined that mindfulness is a path to healing and ethical lifestyle, therefore practicing it promotes freedom, happiness and well-being to the clients/staff.
