However, while we all agreed that we want enough time for everyone to speak, we had different ideas of what the best form of sharing was. Some people preferred being able to share in a natural conversation with people responding to each other while they're speaking, but others preferred to have a strict amount of time for each person to speak without being interrupted.

We like the idea of group work, and getting to know the community. We believe everyone should have an opportunity to talk, and one person talk at a time so they can express their opinions. There are not too many similarities but everyone's answer is complementary to each other. One member commented that she believes this will easily be a supportive and productive space because we all worked hard and want to be here.
