1)We all talked about how we would like everyone to have enough time to share, and that everyone should be aware of how much they're talking, especially when there are shyer people in the group. However, while we all agreed that we want enough time for everyone to speak, we had different ideas of what the best form of sharing was. Some people preferred being able to share in a natural conversation with people responding to each other while they're speaking, but others preferred to have a strict amount of time for each person to speak without being interrupted.
2) No judgement
3) Interactive and active activities to keep everyone engaged and focused

In our group, we discussed the idea of being comfortable with our peers, so we feel comfortable sharing. We like the idea of group work, and getting to know the community. We believe everyone should have an opportunity to talk, and one person talk at a time so they can express their opinions. Dialogue should be professional, and because this will be a safe space, the content discussed in here, if personal, should be kept here, in order to build the classroom community.

1. There are not too many similarities but everyone's answer is complementary to each other. One member commented that she believes this will easily be a supportive and productive space because we all worked hard and want to be here.
2. How: Create a safe space in that everyone can feel like they can be themselves, step out of their comfort zones, and challenge themselves (i.e. Active listening and engagement, what's heard here stay here/what's learned here leaves here, challenge the idea not the person, etc.)
