Bogota has a bad reputation but doesn't be so worried, there are a lot of safe places that you can visit and feel safe. In this city, you can find Colombian typical food, a huge variety of fruits, kind people,  buildings with special architecture in the downtown and a lot of interesting museums. This first artistic expression corresponds to the creation of visual art and this is precisely one of the characteristics that define humanity. Then, from an evolutionary change in the neural structures of perception, humanity began to create images from the imagination, this change brought advantages in survival and the manufacture of tools for hunting. Finally, another of the important changes in the evolution of humanity and its artistic expression was the development of the cognitive capacity to create art separate from the body. In conclusion, art has accompanied humanity since its evolutionary beginnings and has become a tool of expression that has been used historically to express the human environment.
Arts and politics have a strong relationship and it is not necessary to look for a specific historical moment to observe the relation between them. Arts have always been influenced by politics, a recent example of this is the Black Power social movement that was followed by the Black Arts Movement which is made up of artistic expressions that support the Black Power Movement. But arts and politics relationship has brought some problems, mainly for artists who have had to flee for their lives due to heavy government restrictions. Therefore, although through art and its influence on politics various social problems can be solved, artists cannot be expected or forced to address social problems or get involved in politics as this can inhibit their creativity or do lose credibility and their money or even put their lives at risk.
