Lauren Tarshis does a great job of making what is happening in the book feel like it is actually happening. She makes me feel like I am accually there. 9/11 was one of the most tragic attacks  in the U.S. It was written greatly. This book really shows you the wonders of a library. If I were you, right now I would get that book. It is truly spectacular. The theme of this book is perseverance. The characters show this in many ways. For example, when Kyle forgets to write an extra essay which would give him a chance to see the new library.
