         <title>Considering that Foucault wrote in French I wonder if he actually meant &quot;cutting out&quot; (the French word decoupage can imply cutting out) - which makes total sense in the context of inclusion/exclusion from the dominant group. Things so easily get lost in translation - I would love to see which word he actually used when he wrote it en Francais.</title>
