The other day we did an oral test in which consisted in taking order to a costumer. I think my non-verbal language was not the right one because I did not know where to put my hands or where to put myself when I spoke to him. I think you have an idea thought before doing the test but once there everything changes and you get nervous. Repeat several times "okay" and I get a little bit, but I think it helped me a lot to improve my customer service.

the other day we did an oral test in which consisted in taking a reservation for a rerstaurante. I was quite careful I organized it a while before but I did not know how to present it at the time of the test and I wrote down a lot of badly ordered data and that penalized me a lot and I understand it. Also I'm wrong at the time to indicate where we have car park near that I said "mail" when you have to say "post office" I had to repeat the phone number 3 times because I was wrong at the time of writing.
