First day on campus! I felt a lot of emotions on this day. I knew that I was starting a great journey and was excited about the future, but I also felt sad and scared about leaving home.

First Hang-out with New Friend Group- August 23, 2023

First Time In Downtown Wilmington- August 24, 24

Fishing at the Peir- September 8- 2024

I went fishing at the pier for the first time with one of my friends, Carter. We did not catch much but still had a really good time.

We went to the beach and saw a rainbow! The day as a whole was really fun because I got to teach some people how to body surf.

One of my friends told me about this place, so we went together with a group. The mirror maze was the best part, and we ate at Mellow Mushroom after.

Windy Weather- September 16- 2024

This was the first of many storms to hit us at UNCW. Not my favorite kind of weather, but we still had to make do. Classes were canceled, so that was one good thing.

Family weekend and the Aquarium - September 29, 2024

This was during Family Weekend at UNCW. We rented a place at Carolina Beach and explored the area. I had a lot of fun showing my sisters around campus.

Shore Grouper pop-up - October 4, 2024

Although the caption on the picture shows fear, the Grouper was exquisite. I went to get seconds, and now I'm tracking whether they are having pop-ups at shore.

I went fishing with a friend from uni class; we didn't have any luck besides a couple of sand perch and the pufferfish in the photo.

Pikmin Bloom is a fun mobile game that I started playing with my sister Ava as a way to stay in touch with each other. I still play the game, and it is very fun.

I went home for Ava's birthday, which luckily fell on fall break. For her 21st, we went to the milestone to watch a show and had a great time. We went to cookout after, and it was very tasty.

Failed start to a diet- October 18, 2024

The first day I started my diet, all this cake and candy appeared on my floor because it was someone's birthday. I was unable to stick to my diet that day.

I was really proud of the pumpkin that I carved. It also got me into the Halloween spirit, and it really felt like fall outside that day.

We found a cool stick on the nature trail next to Fisher. We were using it as a walking stick when it broke... Loss always hurts.

Halloween was really fun; I was a wizard and carved my own staff. We went to a fun hangout, then went to the beach and walked around till we went home.

Carter catches his first bass- November 3, 2024

Carter had been new to fishing, and after about 1 month of doing it, he finally caught his first bass in the pond near shore.

Class Registration- November 4th, 2024

I got registered for classes on the 4th. It was very nerve-racking. I got all the classes that I wanted but not at the times I wanted. I can't have my cake and eat it too, I guess.

UNI Service Project- November 6, 2024

You already know about this, but to sum it up, it was a great experience, and I was happy I got to do it. This relates to our Uni class because it allowed me to show my gratitude for the community and give a little bit back to it.

Stairmaster Struggles- November 9, 2024

I went a bit too hard on the Stairmaster this day; it made me feel sick for the rest of the day, and I went to my dorm to sleep for 2 hours after.

Wagsgiving was lots of fun. I won a shirt, ate lots of good food, and waited in line for an hour. There was also music playing, which was fun.

I went to Fort Fisher for an afternoon. We learned a lot about the history of the fort and the battle that was fought, and it is always interesting learning about local history.

At this point in the year, it is far too cold to catch anything without a boat to take you to warmer waters. still had a great time and can't wait for the spring.

My dog Josie back home was attacked by our neighbor's dog. She is ok now, but this photo is so pitiful, and it really scared me when I heard about it.

The back brace, the loose pants, and the shirt that is too tight on him. My dad was giving my mom the last rose of the season, or so I thought, so at least I know he loves her.

Getting our Christmas tree- November 29, 2024

I had a great time getting our tree the day after Thanksgiving. It was a bit cold, but I was dressed warmly. I was holding honey sticks, which are one of my favorite candies.

Final English Essay- December 3, 2024

I was glad to be getting it done as it's due on Friday, but it's not something I am happy that I have to do. I think I did pretty good on it, though.

Finishing my last UNI Assignment

I had a great Thanksgiving. My mac & cheese was a hit, and nothing was burned. The dogs were very happy too for some reason.
