         <description><![CDATA[<p>Plasma is a physical entity that has a variety of effects on living tissues, many that apply to medical applications (Friedman, 2020). Plasma medicine shows promise for the treatment of various skin diseases such as wound healing, onychomycosis, actinic keratosis, and treatment of hair loss(Friedman, 2020). The way plasma acts on living tissues is very complex, but with through research and understanding of what plasma will be used for will deepen.</p><p><br/></p><p> Source: Friedman, P.C.          <title>Personal Opinion on Cold Atmospheric Plasma</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I believe that cold atmospheric pressure would be very beneficial, and many patients will have a more positive outlook on their many health conditions. Wound healing is one of the biggest concerns in healthcare and if this particular device can aid in healing there will be far more satisfactory outcomes in patient care. Despite this still being researched I believe the benefits outweigh the risks. I would personally try the equipment on myself and family if it was available in the US.</p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp;Source: Friedman, P.C.          <description><![CDATA[<p>My strengths are achiever, positivity, relator, woo, and responsibility. My team members are Alice (achiever), Pablo (positivity), Rose, (relator), William (woo), and Randall (responsibility).  Achiever would benefit because they will be the person to make sure everything is done on time. Positivity will be great because there is always someone that will be negative and having positivity will help the entire team. Relator will assist because this particular person will develop relationships with everyone else that will build a bond between everyone to assist in great productivity for the group. The woo person will bring everyone together to aid in the project. Responsibility person will benefit simply because they will make sure everyone is on time and make sure things are done. I think these team members would work very well with the group since every aspect of the strengths contribute to a healthy and productive working environment.
