The reason as I have not included exercise in this is because your body will naturally get more energetic and you will then have more energy to live a healthier life. Whether that be playing with your kids more or going to a gym! If you have any questions, feel free to comment and I will respond promptly. Also... you can eat like you normally do, the goal for this is that you will not be as hungry as before, and you will feel yourself feeling full on less food!          <description><![CDATA[<div>It has been proven that most Americans don't drink enough water. This leads to fatigue, premature aging and irritability. This is where your weight comes into play... Divide your body weight in half and measure out that number in ounces! This is the amount of water you should be drinking daily.  Drink at least 4 cups on an empty stomach right when you wake up! This will help with hunger and mental clarity to last throughout the morning. I personally use lemon in the morning to boost my metabolism, but it's not required.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sounds scary right?! It's not scary at all once you know the secret! There was a wall street journal with a document on this that I will post as well. The secret is to eat within a 12 hour window, which is listed under rule #1. Do not eat past those hours, and you are golden! Most of your fasting will be when you are sleeping, and you are always more than welcome to get your water in during fasting hours and any other drinks that do not contain sugar! I usually drink some hot tea at night, but if I want it sweet, a little honey works great!</div>]]></description>
