         <description><![CDATA[<div>As a sales manager for a major pharmaceuticals company, you have been asked to promote a new drug that costs $2 500 per dose. You have read the report saying that the drug is only 1% more effective than an alternative drug that cost less than $625 per dose. The vice president of sales wants you to promote the new drug aggressively. He reminds you that if you don’t, lives could be lost that might have been saved with that 1% increase in the drug’s effectiveness.  How would you handle this situation?                           </div>]]></description>

Not all people are able to afford the $2500 drug so they would have a choice when making a decision. Plus, the 1% difference is not a big factor in the effectiveness of the drug. So it doesnt give benefits to most of people because not everyone can afford to buy the $2500 drugs that is per dose only. </div>]]></description>
