They argue that discrimination should be avoided to improve child welfare issues.

(why i choose)
I chose this topic because I am interested in the field of child social workers. It shocked me to learn that black children have a much higher commission rate than white children in the same environment. Among the words in the lecture, if you want to change child welfare, get away from discrimination is still impressive.

my opinion

When I first heard about online college,

I thought I was used to something. Due to Corona 19, the way we are currently conducting in Korea is also an online class, so the fact that we have conducted online classes for about two years is that anyone can easily participate in classes with better quality than we thought without restrictions on space. So, I'm thinking about the fact that children in situations where they can't study even if they want. It is expected that there will be more and more global developments by allowing students to study through online teaching methods.

Reflection1

I'm going to take 10 years of English education this semester. For the first time, English lessons were not crammed into education, but by thinking for themselves and expressing their opinions to others. At first I had some resistance to speaking English. Up until now, I was able to read through cramming, but I was very vulnerable in the area where I thought about it and conveyed my opinion.

Every week, I try to convey my thoughts, even if it's just one word in English. I personally studied English words to convey them in a natural context. It was a very interesting time to study English for my convenience, not for purpose. At first, I thought deeply about when to go for 13 weeks, but now 13 weeks have only one memory for me. With a good person in a short time of 13 weeks, We exchanged opinions and amplified my range of thoughts, and it felt very good that I received very positive energy through this lesson.

Reflection 2

For the first time this semester, I thought deeply about administrative welfare. Before we learn more about administrative welfare, I used to think that administrative welfare was very simple, light and such, but administrative welfare was very important in our daily lives. Staying close, and also finding that there are so many aspects to everyone's well-being and peace. I also watched a lot of ted lectures related to administrative welfare and feel like I'm really close to administrative welfare.
