I simply play the video in class and ask students to try to guess what the food is. 

If they do not know the English word at this point, it is okay for them to use their native language. The purpose of this activity is just to introduce the topic in a fun way and to activate students’ existing knowledge about food and food vocabulary. 

Next, I ask students about what other food they know in English and write those words on the board. 

Once I have a few examples on the board, I survey the whole class as to whether or not they like those foods. 

 

Then, I ask students to show a thumbs up or thumbs down to indicate if they like or dislike the food.

In addition, I use food flashcards to practice the key words by showing the flashcards and asking students to repeat after me.

I ask students to try to say the words on their own. Once students have practiced enough, I drill some more with the key expressions.

Secondly, in order to review these new words by listening, We'll play a funny and interactive game: I will start every sentence with the words: Touch your friend's...

and every time the students touch another part of the body 

at the end of the lesson, I'll let them play this game. 

 

At the begging of the class I will teach the students the rules of past simple. 

 Turning the verb into a past  by adding “ed” ,I’ll Explain that we using it to describe an action that made in the past ,

I’ll also teach them The time expressions.

 Then I’ll give them a table with the  irregular verbs that they need to learn by heart,and we’ll  practice together from worksheet.

In the middle of the class I’ll  screen the activity game on the board ,And Every child will take turns and try to match the right verb ,then I’ll show them the sentences with the missing word on the board and they will need to say the right answer According to what we've learned.

At the end of the class I’ll choose five easy words from the irregular verbs and give them a quiz .

The teacher starts her lesson with a story, she brings items or pictures of words the kids need to know, while telling the story she repeats several times on each word (words that begin with Pp, for instance) she starts with the penguins that were bored and decided to buy things and do a party, then the pig joined the party but they forgot one thing: music, the pig brought the piano, the penguins were very happy and the party was perfect, then she asks: "what did you hear the most?" letter Pp. etc. The teacher plays the video and do it with them.(song, how to write the letter, etc)

The teacher puts them into 8 small groups with one of the colors. They have to come up with as many objects in their color. She can give them a time limit. Then they watch the film attached, they try to notice if any of the objects they came up are shown in the film. 

After the activity the teacher gets feedback from the students. She can show them the film again but now pausing at each object and eliciting the its name.

They can also prepare a project on a bristol board . They write the color in the middle and draw and write the objects.

An idea that comes to my mind: to design the picture of every student wearing sunglasses in a different color and decorate the class with them!!
