There are a few ways to get there which are from driving by coach, car, or campervan. It takes about 2 and a half hours from Te Anau or 5 hours from Queenstown. Southern Discoveries has a lot of awesome tours but I will only describe two. The first tour is driving coach there and back and it's $120.30 for one adult, $82.10 for children 5-14, $82.10 for an infant 0-4, and $19.10 for premium coach seats. The second tour is driving there coach, a cruise, and a flight back. It's $400.50 for an adult, $343.20 for a child 13-14, $266.20 for a child 5-12, $75.80 for an infant 0-1, $266.10 for a child 2-4, and $19.10 for a premium coach seat. With that tour there is food, but only if it's paid for when the ticket is bought. For the second tour, they will pick everyone up from anywhere on the island.
