When he got to America he thought he was the first one to find the ''New World'' But the Natives were allready there. When he found out there were natives, Christoper Columbus Forced them to work for him. He mistreated them and killed them. He was a sailor looking for wealth for the king and queen since he primised the king and queen he well return with wealth because the king and queen sponser Christopher Columbus to set sail. He claimed the land of Spain. He also put more info to the maps. After his exploreation ended he died many people thought he died from the trip or when he got back he was sick and died. This is all my info I have.
