The belief that everything which happened, is happening and will happen is according to the knowledge, will and command of Allah S.W.T is called Taqdeer

Qada refers to Decree. Whereas, Qadar refers to destiny. The reason why they are used interchangably is because destiny (Qadr) is based upon Allah’s decrees (Qada’). What this basically sums down to is that Allah (s.w.t) is the All-Powerful and the All-Knowing and nothing in this world happens except by the will of Allah (s.w.t)

IHSAN is a concept in Islam that refers to the act of doing good or performing one's duties or any lawful/productive task in the best possible way, with excellence and perfection. The term Ihsan is derived from the Arabic root word: حسن, which means beauty, goodness, and excellence. The word Ihsan itself is derived from the verb "ahsana" (أَحْسَنَ), which means "to do good" or "to do something in the best possible way."

THE CONCEPTS OF IHSAN

the concept of Ihsan emphasizes the importance of mindfulness and intentionality in one's actions. This can be especially relevant in professional contexts, where it is easy to become consumed by the pressures of work and lose sight of one's values and goals. By practicing Ihsan, individuals can stay grounded in their values and maintain a sense of purpose and meaning in their work.

The concept of Ihsan can be applied to both employees and employers.

As an employee, one should strive to perform their job duties with excellence and sincerity, doing their best to serve their employer and customers. This can lead to increased job satisfaction, career advancement, and a positive impact on the organization.

As an employer, practicing Ihsan can mean treating employees with kindness, respect, and fairness, providing them with a positive work environment and opportunities for growth and development. This can lead to increased productivity, employee retention, and a positive reputation for the company.

The Day of Judgement is characterized by the annihilation of all life, which will then be followed by the resurrection and judgment by God. Multiple verses in the Qur’an mention the Last Judgment.

Surah Al-Qiyama [Chapter 75: The Resurrection]

In this Surah, addressing thee deniers of the Hereafter, replies have been given to each of their doubts and objections, strong arguments have been given to prove the possibility, occurrence and necessity of the Resurrection and Hereafter, and also it has been pointed out clearly that the actual reason of the people’s denying the Hereafter is not that they regard it as impossible rationally but because their selfish motives do not allow them to affirm it. At the same time, the people have been warned, as if to say: “The event, the occurrence of which you deny, will inevitably come: all your deeds will be brought and placed before you. As a matter of fact, even before any of you sees his record, he will be knowing fully well what he has done in the world, for no man is unaware of himself, no matter what excuses and pretenses he may offer to deceive the world and deceive himself in respect of his misdeeds

Allah has created a perfectly balanced world on the basis of sustainability and circularity. This balance must be maintained by man acting moderately, thoughtfully and justly. Waste, pollution and destruction are the very qualities that Allah abhors. Islam promotes development and growth socially and economically (Al-Quran, 8:53).

Islam prohibits poverty as it is close to disbelief (kufr). Islam provides effective means for socio-economic improvement via waqaf (endowment) and zakat (alms) provisions. Indeed, these Islamic economic principles are based on sharing and caring in wealth distribution, likewise any other

trading or commercial transactions in Islam. All these economic dealings and transactions among people happen in a space called city which is created out of land use planning and the built environment.
