Henry Morton Stanley is an American explorer and journalist known for his explorations of central Africa, specifically the Congo River. He played a crucial role in mapping the Congo River paving the way for King Leopold II of Belgium's colonization of the region. King Leopold funded most of his explorations, but Stanley was the one to lie, murder and abuse, many of these Congolese people. These are just some of the reasons why Henry Morton Stanley is the most guilty suspect for the murder of the 10 million Congolese people.
