What’s your favorite meal?

My favorite part of the day is breakfast 🥞🥑 🤤 I like to make  elaborated breakfasts (when I have time), my favorite is avocado toast with scrambled eggs. Nevertheless, for weekends I like to make oat and banana pancakes. And of course coffee always is needed!  The wallpaper of this Padlet is a pic taken by me in a coffee shop in Madrid. It is one of the best places for brunch, it’s called Religion Cafe.

Vegan Options

Nowadays there is a huge increase on vegan options almost everywhere you go. I try to follow a plant-base diet, although I didn't quit  eggs and cheese. I think it is positive to change a little our diet to a more environmentally friendly one. What do you think? Have you ever tried vegan dishes?

Do you enjoy cooking?

I like to cook and make my dishes look good. My specialities are banana pancakes (as you can appreciate),  vegetable cream and potato cakes. But honestly I do not have much time to cook so is my mother who make the more elaborated dishes. I would like to dedicate more time to it because it is something that relax me and makes me happy. What about you? Tell your star dish

This summer I went to Ibiza and one of the days we had lunch at a restaurant called CBbC in Cala Bassa. I'm a pasta lover and I could say that Italian restaurants are my favorites. Do you have any favorite restaurant in Madrid? I accept recommendations :)

Vegan Birthday Cake!

And, finally, this photo is to show you that even for my birthday's cake last year I tried to choose a vegan one! We went to two vegan restaurants, one for having lunch, and another for the cake. They were: Superchulo (for lunch) and Freedom Cakes (obviously for the cake haha).

This is my favourite meal ever! It's Ramen and you can find it in Udon, a restaurant. This is a like of soup with noodles and the main ingredient is miso. But, if you're vegan, this restaurant has options for you too.
