1)Bryan Maurice Jones or BJ is a suspected serial killer who is. 6'5 and 310 lbs. He was Curtis's cellmate twice. He was charged for 4 counts of murders and 2 attempted murders. 3 of the bodies were left tin trash dumpsters and 2 set on fire. 3 bodies were found within two blocks of each other. Tara Simpson, Trina Carpenter (He knew this girl)., Joanne Sweets, Sophia Glover were found dead near each other. BJ claimed he was innocent but his fingerprint was found in a large trash bag and had a body of a dead black woman. BJ claimed it was because the dump was packed so he used both his hands to pack it in and that could have caused his finger prints. He was seen carrying that bag though by a witness. BJ is now on death row at San Quentin State Prison.
2) Howard says it's tough because you move before you get to know them. However, living together is different. It's like a courtroom drama because cellmates sue each other for petty differences. You can't go out of your own room or step out when vibes get bad. Cellmates can't do that because they only have one room to work with and a small room always get locked. Each cell has heavy metal bunk bed and there's barely any space for both men w/o rubbing elbows and there is no privacy. Everything done is almost within arm's reach of your cellmate.
