This makes others think you are unreliable.

Paul elkman said that people are terrible at hiding their emotion. While to the regular eye it may seem like nothing has change in their face. Every person displays the emotion they are feeling in a few milliseconds and quickly change back.

In the article, I learned that gestures are super important to communicating with speaking with real words.
