         <description><![CDATA[<div>From the powtoon video I learned that conflicting communication can cause the person you are speaking with to disregard what you are saying. This makes others think you are unreliable.<br><br>Paul elkman said that people are terrible at hiding their emotion. While to the regular eye it may seem like nothing has change in their face.
