The Berlin Wall would be mostly centered around a Civil War and this is why. It was a Civil War because it was more of a thing with Germany's Divide and how there was a side with freedom and a side with communism. Even bigger than that, it showed the United States and Germany's conflict and both sides had there Political and Social ways. So to some it all up the Berlin Wall was a way to show the separation and differences between the people in Eastern and Western Germany.

The sides to this are Western Berlin and Eastern Berlin. Eastern Berlin was more centered around communism. They became a communist country under the control of the Soviet Union. “The Berlin Wall stood until November 9, 1989, when the head of the East German Communist Party announced that citizens of the GDR could cross the border whenever they pleased”. On the other hand, Western Berlin is more centered around a Democracy. I say this because they can be related to the United States because they have more of a privileged environment and they are more free.

The outcome of this conflict wasn’t so bad after-all. Not everything was perfectly fine in such a short matter of time but everything seemed to be somewhat civil. In a passage it stated “The political and social changes that have taken place so swiftly in Eastern Europe are being embraced by Americans with few reservations. Most see the democracy movement in Poland, Czech, and East Germany continuing for the foreseeable future … and … Americans predict a better life for the people of Eastern Europe and a more peaceful world"(N/A,2014,Para 4).
https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2014/11/03/berlin-walls-fall-marked-the-end-of-the-cold-war-for-the-american-public/
