         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Due to the high turnover rate of employees culture, <strong>Starbucks</strong> faces the risk of reduced productivity, expensive recruitment processes and ineffective teamwork. In addition, the high turnover rate indicates that most employees do not like <strong>Starbucks</strong>' current employee policies and benefits. This shows that Starbucks is not well managed. To solve the problem of high employee turnover rate, Starbucks should make some adjustments to its management.<br><br></div><div>- Due to lack of worker behind the retail counter, <strong>Starbucks</strong> will not be able to maintain the quality of its products, such as coffee that needs to be produced behind a retail counter. Besides, it shows low motivation and passion for positions such as barista. Therefore, Starbucks should focus on jobs that lack positions and provide solutions and higher costs for this.<br><br></div><div>-Due to <strong>Starbucks</strong>' high work requirements and work pressure, it leads to a high employee turnover rate and it is more difficult to recruit new employees. Most of them work in Starbucks usually is part time. Therefore, this shows a balance point. If Starbucks needs higher work performance, Starbucks needs to pay the same high-level costs, such as higher salaries, more benefits, and so on.</div>]]></description>
