The water pipes need to be tested each month at least twice and change the pipelines through Benton Harbor if the lead contamination is too high. 

It ensures the safety of the people that live in the community. Provides them with knowledge of knowing the water they're using in everyday life.

This problem affects everyone in the city of Benton Harbor. The contamination of lead and lead poising is very dangerous and can seriously damage people's health in major ways. Not only their health but being able to have drinkable water and a way to take a shower. It's something everyone around should know and care about because we go to school in the area. Maybe some of our family members live there. We would need things to collect the water in and then safely take it to a testing lab. This would take only a few minutes to collect water samples, but for it to get tested it could probably take up to 48 hours to get results back. The money wouldn't be the biggest problem unless we were to replace the pipelines. Replacing the pipelines would take a large number of time, people, and money.
