Majority of America are pushing for tighter gun laws to be in place in order to keep the country at a safer place. The second amendment gives all Americans the right to bear arms so this will be a hard thing to combat as it has become part of American Culture. However, the stricter gun laws will try and get the levels of mass shootings down with age restrictions, health checks, checking for people on the 'no fly list' to make sure they are not able to get a hold of these firearms as majority of shootings are linked to people with mental health problems.
