 Since 2011, Solarkiosk deployed over 250 solar powered kiosks (E-HUBBs) in frontier markets. Solarkiosk led operations in Ethiopia, Kenya, Botswana, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, Jordan, and Bangladesh. In total, Solarkiosk employed hundreds and served millions with solar products, solutions and services.

 Our E-HUBBs are designed to power the energy-connectivity-productivity gateway in rural off-grid communities.

 Brought solar power and energy access to approx. 5million people in 15 countries in Africa, Middle East and Asia.

In 2016, he spent 3 months living off-grid in rural Malawi, providing training for instructors at the Zayed Solar Academy, and developing a solar PV visual inspection procedure for use in the developing world that is now published and distributed by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). After this experience he spent 4 months in the University of Waterloo's Velocity start-up incubator, exploring entrepreneurial opportunities in the energy access sector

The target audience:

They  have a good job, they supply all kind of people , the blacks , children’s, teenagers, people more older and all kind of people

The aimed result:
They  have a good job, they supply the population , facilitating access to energy for the population, they do this and at the same time they save the energy of the place, with radiation plates to do this

REVOLUSOLAR
- The enterprise history
Revolusolar was founded in 2015 in the Babilônia favela, in Rio de Janeiro, with the purpose of promoting the sustainable development of low-income communities through solar energy.
They created from the union of 2 stories: the joining of the experience of community leaders from the favelas of Rio de Janeiro and the evolution of solar energy as a sustainable energy alternative.
- The target audience
The entrepreneurship operates in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro, always seeking to help as many families as possible
- Creation
They created a new affordable and sustainable energy model, with positive environmental, social and economic impacts, using solar energy as a tool for social transformation.  The favela took on new meanings, without losing its roots, and became a reference in innovation and sustainability.
- The aimed result
> 83.913 kWh generated
> R$ 64.361 expense saving
> 10,2 tons of avoided co2
- What they use
They use solar panels so everyone can have energy from the sun.

The enterprise history : Circadian Energy is currently developing pilot programs in South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, to provide reliable energy access for communities without electricity. This report was prepared by AE4H specialist Michael Sinclair, graduated in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo and with 6 years of experience in the field of solar technology.  In 2016, he spent 3 months living off-grid in rural Malawi, provided teacher training at the Zayed Solar Energy Institute and developed a solar photovoltaic visual inspection program for developing countries.

Circadian Energy provides affordable, sustainable energy infrastructure for underserved communities by developing an energy management hub which provides simple home-to-home energy sharing and integrates with existing off-grid generation technologies.

The seeds of Solar Sister were planted when Katherine Lucey, a former investment banker from America, met Rebecca, a farmer in rural Uganda, in 2008.The company directly addresses a social need through innovative products. The company brings clean energy technology to even the most remote communities in rural Africa through a deliberately women-centered direct sales network.
The Target Audience:
The target audience of our company it’s to invest in women’s clean energy business to distribute it to underprivileged communities in Africa.
Tha Aimed Result:
Solar Sister entrepreneurs create a big effect impacting local women, their families, and the customers and communities who switch to using clean energy.That income allows women to contribute to household earnings and gain confidence, financial independence, and respect from their families
