The reason is that a lot of people don't have homes and if they were able to make new homes it would help people that really need it.

I agree with James about turn it into a Youth club however a lot of people in the community facing a financial crisis and can’t afford a basic living allowance such as food and water.

I suggest to turn the derelict building to a food bank charity so people can get a fresh food and water from the charity shop easily and accessible for everyone.

The proposal is going to reduce food waste. Why should people suffer from food shortages ? while abundant buildings are empty , when people facing challenges to get food and water.

I agree with James because it will be good to keep young people of the streets away from gangs and crime where it will have a football and basketball Centre with a gaming Centre whilst having a welfare facilty to talk to about ur personal problems .

However I would change the abandoned building into a music studio for locals to easily access it to Instead travelling out the city to a music studio. This will benefit locals because not only will there just be music producers there will be music engineers who will also be along side the beginners who are willing to make better music for there clients. This will also be a safe environment for the local as it will be kept busy and in use with no wary feeling of it being left for use to the pubic. This will also help the community in the locals become closer together as one where we will be teaching others life skills and making pro it if it To at the same time.

I like the idea of nursery, but I would make it for children with SEN. It will provide special support, and a safe, inclusive environment to help children develop key skills, build confidence, and prepare for future learning.

I agree with James, I believe it should be turned into a youth club because after school teenagers have nothing to do and act as bad people that contribute sins to society (littering, knife crime, robbery). Youth clubs could help, as it can give people an opportunity to express themselves in a positive and less disruptive way.

However, i disagree with Sophie as there is no need for housing. There are too many properties that are empty as people can't afford the rent as it is too high

I agree with Sophie that the empty building should be used for housing.London is experiencing a housing crisis, and many people do not have a safe place to live. Instead of letting buildings sit empty, we should use them to provide shelter for those in need. Having a home gives people security, restores their dignity, and helps them rebuild their lives. While youth clubs and nurseries are important, housing is a basic necessity that should always come first. No one should have to sleep on the streets while buildings remain unused.

I disagree with Alice and James because I believe the derelict building should be used for housing instead. Because this is really helpful in which teenager could be kept from street or joining a bad gang also trouble and also its really helpful that after school club which cure youth boredom.

Moreover, This is really going to help a lot of youth because i have notice that most youth just walk around after school almost likely for them to get into trouble.

I disagree with sophie which say building more house is going to help, why do i disagree firstly of all, due to expensive of house rent which people cant afford due low of jobs, and high rate of tax in london the lowest price of housing about ( £1000) and which most people can't afford every month.

This is really a bad idea, because before feeding family, car insurance and etc

I agree with using the building for a youth club because youth clubs can give teenagers a chance to get out, be socialable and it can help with mental health (social anxiety).

Furthermore, youth clubs can learn new skills such as cooking, arts and crafts and improve their physical ability.

Although the housing is important, I do believe that there are flats and other houses are not being used; it would be better to rent the houses at a cheaper rate before building more. Currently rent is being payed at £1,500 a month. If landlords reduce it to £800 a month this will mean empty flats will be used and no more houses need to be built.
