She was placed on a 48-hour Domestic Violence hold and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 27.
This case falls under "felony" because most cases that are organized under that has to deal with some sort of hurt/harm of another party, meaning that someone is always ending up on the wrong side of court for something that deals with a person's life and safety.

On August 8, Frank Dennis Williams, Jr., 47, of 3717 Rives Chapel Church Road, Siler City, was arrested by Deputy Johnny Griffin for Driving While Impaired.  Williams was issued a Written Promise to Appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on September 2. This would be considered a petty offense because this case runs along the line of "disturbing peace in public areas" and "disorderly conduct in public areas.
