Leaders who take responsibility for their actions are more likely to have a higher success rate in being a leader, their followers will are more willing to go that extra mile to ensure the job gets done, and gets done well. 
With integrity you will be able to build trust with your subordinates. They will see you as honest, and dependable. 
The benefits of having integrity is that you will be seen as a dependable person, someone who is going to do what's right, regardless of the outfall. Having a person with integrity in a leadership position will inspire confidence. This is one trait that is easily acquired. 
Leaders who are determined are focused and attentive to tasks. They are seen to have initiative, persistence, and drive. 
Having a leader that is determined will ensure that the job will be done. They will rise to the challenge even in the face of adversary.
