 "During our SEL lessons, we asked the students to identify the coping skill they use the majority of the time when feeling strong emotions. Throughout the grade levels, 'Listening to Music' was the top choice. I did a little research and found this cool 'Ultimate coping skills playlist' activity and put the template in a 'mood playlist' info-graphic using Canva. I included both the links to the 'mood playlist' infographic and the 'ultimate coping skills template' activity."

Educators and school counselors at brick-and-mortar schools worldwide are given free access to our entire Lesson List and our 20 classroom Workshops for teacher-led classroom instruction. The program also includes full access to all My Board activities and Printables.

Our Free Teacher curriculum presents the same content for all grade levels and the material's flexibility to be scaffolded allows it to be utilized by other grades too, as well as special education classrooms. (For example, educators use our Free Teacher program in more than 30,000 special education classrooms across the USA). Counselors also utilize Emotional ABCs schoolwide for group and individual instruction.
