Trong tuần qua, các con đã:

• Cùng thu gom được 10 kg giấy vụn. Sang tuần sau, là tuần cuối cùng thu gom giấy tại trường, nếu ở nhà có giấy không sử dụng, bố mẹ hãy tiếp tục cho con mang giấy nhé ạ.

• Thực hành thoát hiểm phòng cháy chữa cháy: Các con đã tập di chuyển nhanh chóng, ghi nhớ vị trí tập hợp của lớp mình khi có chuông báo cháy.

• Tuần học này, các con đã bắt đầu học các lớp CLB. Thông báo về lớp học, địa điểm, giờ đón trả các lớp CLB, PHHS vui lòng theo dõi trên app và tin nhắn của các thầy cô giáo phụ trách nhé ạ.

Cô Thảo xin chúc các con và PHHS có cuối tuần thật vui, hạnh phúc. Hẹn gặp lại các con vào thứ Hai tuần sau!

- Students read about different schools across the world and compared and contrasted.
- Students investigated books. They created their own book about school.
- Students reviewed knowledge learned in Unit 1

- Students will start with Unit 2 - Good neighbours. - Students will focus on family members and different occupations around us.
- Family vocabulary: mom, dad, grandpa, grandma, sister, brother, baby sister, baby brother, aunt, uncle, cousin
- Occupation vocabulary: Police officer, nurse, window cleaner, reporter, bus driver, firefighter, boots, jacket, helmet, mask, gloves, fire
- Language focus: Prepositions (on, in, under, by, next to, in front of, behind, between. Present continuous tense (what are you doing? I am running)

2. Maths

This week

- Students continued with Unit 3 'Measures'
0 Students continued to explore the difference between cm and metres.
- Students compared the length of different objects and used shorter and taller/longer.
- Learners used rulers and metre sticks when measuring the length of objects.
- They completed a project on measuring the objects in the classroom.

Next week

- Students will start with Unit 2: Geometry.
- Students will identify, describe, sort and name 3D shapes by their properties, including reference to number and shapes of faces, edges and vertices and identify 2D and 3D shapes in familiar objects

3. SCIENCE

This week

- This week, students described the place where an animal lives as its habitat.
- Students described different animals in a habitat.
- Students compared different habitats for animals.

Next week

- Next week in Science, the children will be learning about Rocks and the Environment.
- Our focus will be on:
+ Describing and comparing different types of rocks.
+ Finding out how rocks are taken from the Earth in different ways (from quarries, mines, and riverbeds).
+ Understanding how human activity, such as rock extraction, can affect the environment.

4. GP

This week

- Students continued to discuss the importance of eating healthy food and why we need food.

- We practiced to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy food.

- Students also learned a balanced diet and finished creating their own meal.

Next week

- Students will discuss the importance of having a healthy mind and how we can work on having a healthy mind.
- Students will start their challenge 1 project. They will create a poster in class. The poster will include the different habits we need to form to help us keep healthy: exercise, eating healthy, keeping clean and healthy mind.
