Diffrences in life expectancy, birth rate, and dependency loads between countries exist due to the following factors education, healthcare and income for example a country that is wealthier will have better healthcare which will then result in higher life expectancies, unlike a country that isn't doing that well financially they would have less access to healthcare which will only lower their life expectancy.

It is important to know the diffrence in life expectancy and birth rates because they affect things like working population/jobs, healthcare, and the resources needed to provide a better environment, like for example , having a higher birth rate means that you will require more resources and services, while on the other hand having a higher life expectancy means an older population that will require more healthcare.
