It starts off with lessons about what self regulation is and then proceeds to teach 5 fun and easy games that you can incorporate at home to teach self regulation. These games include Red Light Green Light, The Freeze Game, Wacky Relay, Self Control Bubbles, and Ready Set Go. With each of these games instructions this video describes what skills are specifically being started and connects them back to the main goal of self regulation. </div>]]></description>
