1) Pineapples are very prominent in the amazon. The leaves on pineapples are specially adapted to increase water intake.

2) Squash is also found in the amazon, and is year round and pretty easy to find and get.

3) Coconuts are easy to find in the Amazon Rain forest but we would have to climb the coconut tree to grab some coconuts. Coconuts will keep us hydrated

4)Cupuacu , a close relative to chocolate , is grown on trees in the amazon. It is supposed to be very popular in South America

1) Giant ShovelNose Catfish. Using bamboo and strings from our shirts we will make fishing poles and fish for catfish. Catfish have adapted to where they are dark on the top part of their bodies, to help hide from predators.

2) Peccary is a type of pig. While I, someone with common sense, will not indulge in the disgusting act of eating a pig, Romero and Omar will use them as bacon. Different from a pig, Peccary tusk's are short and razor sharp for defense, rather than long and dull. Pigs are kind of fast but we have dig a hole and put some leaves over it so the hole won't show, then scare the pig and make it run towards the hole so it can fal there and we can kill it easier.

3) Monkey. While this is very unusual, monkey is edible, and easy to kill because they're so common in the rain forest. They adapted to having long limbs to swing from tree to tree, and reach fruits. One of us could just attract one with a banana and sneak behind and and smack it with a rock or a bamboo stick.

4) Sloth. They're super slow so it would be easy to find one just chilling, then hit it with a rock, or multiple strong smacks to the head with bamboo. They have adapted to where algae grows on their skin to serve as camouflage from predators.

For shelter, we would live in a cave.

6 Materials:
1) We would use leaves as sheets and blankets and covers for small huts

2) We will keep a small collection of rocks for fires and weaponry.

3) Bark from trees for fires and support for a door

4) Tall dry grass for fans and fire.

5) Bamboo for weaponry and support for huts, and for doors. The type of bamboo int he Amazon is called Bengal Bamboo. In regular society it is commonly used for furniture and fishing rods, so it is an extremely strong type of bamboo.

1) Jaguars are very dangerous animals living in the amazon rain forest who will eat almost anythings and hide in tall grass and high trees to attack prey. It's dangerous to us because it would want to eat us and we can't outrun it.
2) Poison dart frogs are dangerous because 1 Poison dart frog can kill up to 10 men. They are very small so we could accidentally touch one and get the poison from it and die.
3) Red bellied piranhas are super dangerous because they could it you if they smell a tiny bit of blood and they come in large groups that would eat you alive very fast. They live in rivers which would be dangerous if we cross or look for food in the rivers.
4) Green Anacondas live in the Amazon Rain Forest and they could sneak up to you and wrap around you and try to crush your body for he can eat you. Green Anacondas are huge
