2024 left me with no good crumbs, and this is how i dealt with unwanted and lost feelings or basically life disappointments (most of the time). the notes adds up, and i try to imagine good things ahead instead of overthinking my current problems. because bad days shall pass too. it sounds stupid, but it works for me to feel again the excitement of living haha 👀

my talkshow speaker said about this 5C rule :

1. conformity - in what way does my decision conform to God’s laws?

2. conversion - how will this decision help me grow in holiness?

3. consistency - how is this decision consistent with other good decision i’ve made?

4. confirmation - what do my trusted confidantes say about the decision ?(pastor, family or friends) | usually a sign from God

5. conviction - do i have peace about it? or there’s something holding me back?
