         <description><![CDATA[<div>Depression is a word that is commonly thrown around and misinterpreted when speaking of mental health, but in reality what does depression really mean?&nbsp;</div><div>Technically speaking, depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain. Most people commonly lack the chemical serotonin (The mood stabilizer hormone/chemical) in their brain when dealing with depression. Although physically speaking, depression could feel like someone who is constantly feeling a sense of hopelessness, of feeling low. Depression is commonly something that is developed and not sudden. There can be many possible factors that someone can be diagnosed with depression such as genetics, potential past traumas, etc. Depression can be solved in several ways one being to go on a medical prescription, or to get psychological help, specifically speaking to a therapist to help and track your healing process. &nbsp;</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

You can also just simply be there for the person, and allow them to be heard and validated.
