I appreciated reading the Laguna Beach responses because I learned that when clients are uncomfortable with truths, they may resort to asking questions that have already been answered. I appreciated having a bank of answers for the future because I'm aware that these questions may arise when working with others. I feel better equipped on how to respond. </div>]]></description>
