         <description><![CDATA[<div>-You can adjust schedules to meet your own group's needs.<br>-Using terminology within the lessons allowed students to too.<br>-It was nice understanding the format this year, it allowed us to be more flexible bringing it into different parts of our day. Moving fluency to before snack, allowed for easier transition in the afternoon. <br>-They don't have to master it the first time, you can feel comfortable moving on since they cycle back! You can feel good about the fact that they will understand it! </div>]]></description>

Possibly make the journals by unit ahead of time to reduce glue sticks, scissors, etc.<br>-Start the routine more at the beginning of the year, so all components are met.  <br>-Find a way to ensure assessment is done effectively but isn't taking away from the time needed for instruction.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students did the exit ticket the next day as warm up so I could evaluate what/who needed more feedback. <br>The repetition in the fluency, sprints and lessons was a huge improvement over EnVsion. <br>The student application problems and all the lessons required much more thinking and active participation in the learning process.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Math assessments in each unit were beyond the students' understanding from the concepts, routines and strategies practiced in the unit. The tests seemed to be a pre -test for the next unit because after the following unit was completed the majority of the objectives on the previous test had been explicitly taught.   <br>Playing more games to reinforce facts so the kids enjoy math. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-We were surprised that with the set-up of the lessons and the cyclical nature that even our lowest learners were able to show proficiency in the standards/curriculum.<br>-Getting comfortable with not necessarily teaching to mastery right away. Was comforting knowing the kids got it once it cycled back.<br>-Efficient use of our math block- no down-time<br>-Kids feel really confident in math<br>-We feel like it's the best math curriculum that we have used and our kids have made the most gains using it</div>]]></description>
